Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mr Abubakar Lawal Yar’Adua, has said that the Warri refinery is ready for full operation. However, the refinery would operate at about 60% capacity and step up production steadily until it hits the expected 90 per cent of installed capacity.
